Returns
Although we want you to be happy with your purchase, we realize sometimes mistakes happen. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can find a solution.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:
You may return new items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping). Please include a copy of your receipt.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow 14 days from the date your return is postmarked for your return to be processed.
We recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all. Items returned must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Out of stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know of it’s expected ship date. You will have the option of changing your order at that time. If we have had no response from the email we will ship your order by the third business day and place the out of stock item on back order.
Manufacturer Defects
Please contact the manufacturer directly for any manufacturer defects. Examples of manufacturer defects include snaps that are not secure, snaps that have fallen off, unraveled stitching…

Taxes
All orders within New York State are subject to 8% sales tax.
Shipping
All shipping is per USPS domestic mainland service. I will contact the buyer with shipping costs for any international or off the mainland purchases.
